Overview Receptionist role at BioLegacy Research. The base pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. Location: BioLegacy – San Diego, California. Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite. BioLegacy Research (formerly BTS Research), part of the PharmaLegacy family, is a contract research laboratory that delivers cGMP/GLP biological services to clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, academic research, medical device, and related industries. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and messages Manage visitor sign-in/out, issue guest badges, and enforce security protocols Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries Provide administrative support such as scheduling, filing, scanning, and data entry Assist with meeting coordination, conference room setup, and visitor logistics Support IT and security operations by assisting with account setup, equipment coordination, and vendor communication Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; preferably in business administration, communications, or a related field 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role preferred Strong communication skills with a professional phone and in-person presence Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Dependable, proactive, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Work Schedule & Employment Terms Full-time, onsite role based in San Diego, CA. Standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Pay range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
