Position First Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) for Interiors Responsibility Center (IRC) located on site in North Charleston, South Carolina , on variable shift. Responsibilities Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manages, develops and motivates employees Basic Qualifications (Required) 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support 1+ years of experience advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet organizational goals Ability to optimize organizational structure and operating rhythm to meet strategic goals Willingness to work any shift based on business needs Preferred Qualifications (Desired) Bachelor’s degree or higher 3+ years of experience in lean processes and initiatives 3+ years of experience in management or leading teams Experience collaborating cross functionally and influencing positive change Capital equipment or machining related experience Additional Information Drug Free Workplace : Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies. Shift : This position is variable shift; you will be placed on a shift at time of hire based on business needs and remain on that shift until re-evaluation. Pay and Benefits : Summary pay range: $102,600 - $125,400. Eligible employees may enroll in a variety of benefit programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid/unpaid time away from work. Details depend on location and eligibility.
