Overview Join to apply for the Route Sales Representative - 498840 role at FRITO LAY INC. Responsibilities Deliver, sell, and merchandise Frito-Lay’s complete line of products (including Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and more) to local stores, gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. Drive a Frito-Lay truck to different stores, unload orders, merchandise products, and partner with store managers to increase sales, take orders, and maintain records throughout the day. Learn the basics of the role through four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with team members. Run routes for team members, visit different stores, and meet new customers. Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. Operate on a route with set days off/schedule with time; work in a fast-paced, physical environment. The job may include irregular hours, weekends, and holidays. Be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Minimum Qualifications Be 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law. Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
