Responsibilities:
Precisely set up resident meal trays according to specific dietary requirements.
Deliver and collect meal trays promptly and with care, ensuring they reach their intended destinations.
Meticulously breakdown trays and manage their contents with care.
Maintain a clean and sanitary environment after each meal service by handling trash disposal, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
Collaborate in food preparation for special occasions and events, adhering to all sanitary regulations and established policies and procedures.
Ensure the department is always clean and safe by proactively maintaining equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in nursing home settings or long-term care facilities preferred.
Ability to read and understand directions is required.
Experience in Long Term Care is preferred but not required.
