Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, In-Office – Bremerton, WA)

Generations Home Care is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to help keep our Bremerton office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, outgoing, and enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and caregivers

  • Answer phones, direct calls, and manage office communications

  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and daily office organization

  • Support payroll and billing review for accuracy

  • Compose and send emails; complete follow-ups as needed

  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization

  • Participate in on-call rotation (1 evening per week, 1 weekend day every 4–5 weeks)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1-2 years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, customer service, communication, and organization

  • Technical: Comfortable with phones, typing, and Google Docs (training provided for all systems)

  • Personality: Upbeat, team-oriented, and dependable

Position Details

  • Schedule: Full-time, in-office (Bremerton, WA)

  • Pay: $20–$24/hour (DOE)
