Administrative Assistant (Full-Time, In-Office – Bremerton, WA)

full-time Administrative Assistant
to help keep our Bremerton office running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, outgoing, and enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and caregivers
Answer phones, direct calls, and manage office communications
Assist with scheduling, filing, and daily office organization
Support payroll and billing review for accuracy
Compose and send emails; complete follow-ups as needed
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Participate in on-call rotation ( 1 evening per week, 1 weekend day every 4–5 weeks )
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
1-2 years of administrative or receptionist experience preferred
Skills:
Strong attention to detail, customer service, communication, and organization
Technical:
Comfortable with phones, typing, and Google Docs (training provided for all systems)
Personality:
Upbeat, team-oriented, and dependable
Position Details
Schedule:
Full-time, in-office (Bremerton, WA)
Pay:
$20–$24/hour (DOE)
