About the Role
We’re seeking a Contract Recruiter for a 6-month assignment to help attract and hire top talent across a range of professional and corporate functions — including marketing, supply chain, finance, sales, and operations support. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership teams to identify top candidates, manage a smooth recruitment process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish. Direct Hire is a possibility upon completion of the contract.

What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple professional and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, craft job postings, and align on hiring strategies.
- Source and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods.
- Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer stages while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate data and candidate tracking within the ATS.
- Collaborate with HR on hiring metrics, process improvements, and branding initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to both candidates and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
- Proven ability to recruit for a variety of corporate and professional-level roles across different business functions.
- CPG or food industry experience is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple searches while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- A collaborative, proactive recruiter who brings curiosity, creativity, and energy to every search.
