We’re seeking a
Contract Recruiter
for a
6-month assignment
to help attract and hire top talent across a range of professional and corporate functions — including marketing, supply chain, finance, sales, and operations support. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and leadership teams to identify top candidates, manage a smooth recruitment process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
across multiple professional and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements, craft job postings, and align on hiring strategies. Source and engage qualified candidates using
LinkedIn Recruiter , job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods. Conduct screening calls and interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer stages while maintaining a strong candidate experience. Maintain accurate data and candidate tracking within the ATS. Collaborate with HR on hiring metrics, process improvements, and branding initiatives. Serve as a trusted partner and advisor to both candidates and internal stakeholders. What We’re Looking For
3+ years
of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency). Proven ability to recruit for a variety of
corporate and professional-level roles
across different business functions. CPG or food industry experience
is a strong plus. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to handle multiple searches while maintaining quality and responsiveness. Proficiency with
ATS platforms
