Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 5-10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to join a growing team in Wilton, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety and wants to make an impact across multiple areas of human resources - from employee relations and compliance to recruiting and benefits administration.

Pay: $25-$30/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Location: Wilton, NH

Type: Contract-to-Hire

Base pay range

$31.25/hr - $36.06/hr

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support employee relations and performance management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Collaborate with leadership and team members on HR initiatives
  • Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Team-oriented and proactive problem solver
