Overview

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist with 5-10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to join a growing team in Wilton, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety and wants to make an impact across multiple areas of human resources - from employee relations and compliance to recruiting and benefits administration. Pay:

$25-$30/hour Schedule:

$31.25/hr - $36.06/hr Key Responsibilities

Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding Assist with benefits administration and payroll coordination Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support employee relations and performance management initiatives Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws Collaborate with leadership and team members on HR initiatives Participate in HR projects and continuous process improvement Qualifications

2-3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Team-oriented and proactive problem solver Why Join Our Client’s Team
