Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Ironclad Systems Administrator to join their team. As a Ironclad Systems Administrator, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Seattle, WA or Provo (Hybrid work: In office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. Remote on Wednesday and Friday. Relocation assistance available for candidates relocating more than 50 miles.)
Pay Range:
Up to $122,500
What's the Job?
Independently administer and configure Ironclad, including workflow design, user management, and security settings.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations and operational processes.
Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and optimal operation.
Analyze contract data and system usage to provide actionable insights and performance reports.
Collaborate with legal, sales, procurement, and IT teams to enhance workflows and system functionalities.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Legal Studies, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in platform administration, with familiarity in Ironclad or similar CLM platforms.
Proven ability to work independently and manage complex systems effectively.
Knowledge of CLM principles and experience creating workflows within Ironclad.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
