Our client, a leading organization in the technology and legal services sector, is seeking a Ironclad Systems Administrator to join their team. As a Ironclad Systems Administrator, you will be part of the IT department supporting contract management and operational efficiency initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Up to $108,000
What's the Job?
Independently administer and configure the Ironclad platform, including workflow design, user management, and security settings. Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, processes, and system updates. Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and optimal operation. Analyze contract data and system usage to provide actionable insights and performance reports. Collaborate with legal, sales, procurement, and IT teams to optimize workflows and implement system enhancements. What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Legal Studies, or a related field. 3-5 years of platform administration experience, ideally with Ironclad or similar CLM systems. Proven ability to work independently and manage complex systems effectively. Familiarity with CLM principles and experience creating workflows within Ironclad.
