LaSalle Network is partnering with a global manufacturing industry leader to find an Interim Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who’s ready to make an immediate impact. This six-month contract is perfect for someone who loves balancing strategy with day-to-day HR operations and wants to partner closely with senior leadership in a complex, matrix environment.
Interim Human Resources Business Partner Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with the Director of HR to align talent strategies across multiple business units
Build relationships and provide guidance on employee relations and compliance
Ensure HR policies and processes stay consistent across all sites
Coach managers and develop leadership capabilities within operational teams
Support onboarding, offer letters, and workforce planning efforts
Interim Human Resources Business Partner Requirements
5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a matrixed or multi-site setting
Manufacturing experience a plus
Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and employee relations best practices
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday a plus) and Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate and influence at every level
