People Operations Specialist
LaSalle Network is partnering with a global technology organization to identify a People Operations Specialist to join their growing HR team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, data-driven environments and wants to gain global HR exposure.
Responsibilities
Support implementation of People strategies aligned with business goals
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; review and update policies as needed
Process multi-state US payroll and related reporting
Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS, managing new hires, terminations, promotions, and leaves
Lead seamless onboarding, including I-9s, background checks, tax forms, orientation, and IT coordination
Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
Support annual Open Enrollment and M&A integration projects
Prepare compliance and leadership reports (including EEO-1)
Manage annual handbook distribution and harassment training
Assist with FMLA and leave administration
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR administration
Experience with payroll input, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and other data-heavy processes
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive, adaptable, and collaborative communicator
Experience with Rippling, PinPoint, or similar HRIS systems preferred
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs)
PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000/year
