Sales Representative, Major Accounts .

You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients and Raving Fans.
You will implement a sales strategy targeted to decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family.
In addition to selling cloud‑based human resources solutions, you will strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
Collaborate Daily.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to your clients, internal partners, and overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.
Responsibilities
Sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities.
Manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast sales pipeline.
Document and manage multiple sales cycles, guiding implementations until businesses are up and running.
Achieve industry‑leading compensation, benefits, and incentive trips through ongoing sales performance.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
Positive, self‑starter style with strong cold‑call, time‑management, and presentation skills.
Confidently fearless, embraces opportunities, takes risks, and challenges the status quo.
Entrepreneurial spirit: natural leader, resourceful, thriving under pressure.
Trusted advisor: builds relationships, lives integrity, delivers on promises.
A college degree is great but not required. If you don’t have a college degree, other acceptable experience could include:
Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside business‑to‑business sales experience.
Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
Military experience – recognized and appreciated.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to successfully build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $44,800.00 – USD $97,200.00 per year.
