Job Description Raytheon offers a remote engineering role to support Requirements and Services Engineering. The work includes compiling technical data packages (TDPs) using STAMP within Windchill PDM. The position is fully remote with no travel required.

What You Will Do

Compile required technical documentation for purchased parts using STAMP.

Collaborate with configuration management to address product structure issues.

Collaborate with program engineering to resolve TDP readiness and accuracy issues.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Support domestic and international STAMP efforts and drive packages through workflow completion.

Qualifications You Must Have

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).

Experience in manufacturing engineering, hardware design engineering, configuration management, or data management.

U.S. citizenship required.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Raytheon STAMP or other TDP bundling.

Experience with PTC Windchill or other product data management systems.

Ability to read, navigate, and interpret engineering drawings.

Experience with product configuration management (revision control and/or change incorporation).

Experience with hardware product documentation types (part/assembly drawings, parts lists, schematics, specifications, source control drawings).

Proficiency in TDP and configuration management protocols.

Familiarity with product structuring and linkage within PDM Windchill.

Familiarity with 3D model types such as Creo, STP, IGS.

Familiarity with CCA TDP construct, drawings and models, and PWB artwork.

Experience with MRP systems, purchase orders, requisitions, MBOM, material masters, purchase requisitions.

Strong collaboration and communication skills with configuration management, engineering, manufacturing/operations, and supply chain colleagues.

Benefits Competitive salary range: $66,000–$130,000 USD. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Additional annual incentive compensation may be available for eligible employees.

Location & Travel Remote role; must reside and work from a U.S. state (excluding territories). No travel anticipated.
