Manager of Finance will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the Account Sales Team within T-Mobile. This role will ensure alignment with organizational goals, drive financial performance, and provide strategic insights to support business growth.
Role and Responsibilities
Develop and manage quarterly financial budgets and forecasts for the Account Sales Team during the monthly targeting process.
Track promotions and claims for variances vs forecast on a weekly basis and ensure future forecast accuracy and achievement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Manage timely validation and settlement of promotional claims and work with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in performance vs claims.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel).
Experience in budgeting and financial planning.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Experience in the telecommunications or retail industry.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
