We are seeking to hire a Business Process Analyst (Sr) for a Hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA.
Requirements: 10+ years of experience in business process analysis.
Responsibilities
Defining and redefining business processes related to customer‑impacting customer journeys, call center interactions, and digital experiences in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365).
Capturing business requirements and identifying testing scenarios.
Coordinating with technology architects to define solutions for build or purchase.
Designing cross‑technology integrations across CRM, SAP, digital platforms, BI, Qlik, and others.
Collaborating with IT Business Partners, developers, integration experts, data experts and customer operations teams.
Leading process improvement initiatives, including 366 CRM call‑center enhancements, 368 billing improvements, 373 online digital experience integrations, 509 new customer growth initiatives, 1080 end‑to‑end CRM‑SAP‑Field processes, 1693 automation of SoldTo/ShipTo creation, and Active Directory tenant migration for CRM.
Managing deliverables in an accelerated timeframe with multiple releases throughout 2023.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across projects.
Experience working in hybrid waterfall/agile environments.
Proficiency with Microsoft DevOps for project management.
Effective communication across verbal, in‑person, graphical and documentation formats.
Experience using Slack for collaboration and communications.
Ability to lead discussions and drive initiatives with guidance from a Program Manager or Lead, while working independently when required.
