Position Overview The Manager, Programs for the ILG‑Village Records Program is a full‑time role located in Denver, CO, Brentwood, TN, or El Segundo, CA. This role reports to the Director of Programs ILG – Village Records in the Legal Department and will be integral in day‑to‑day information governance related operations and projects.

Role Responsibilities

Assist in the management of all corporate information governance and management (in conjunction with Records Managers)

Assist in the identification of information governance best practices and management of solutions and related projects

Partner in project management with IT related to information governance systems and processes and related projects, mainly M365 Governance

Provide project management expertise and analysis for identified business units as needed (e.g., inventorying, identification and disposition of records)

Serve as information governance SME, assisting teams to develop and implement solutions

Develop, implement and update processes that protect, limit the use and storage of sensitive personal health information and personally identifiable information

Partner with IT and other legal teams on the company’s AI efforts to develop and ascertain tools with a focus on information governance and records management

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

4–6 years of experience in Information Governance

Healthcare experience preferred
