Base pay range:

$56,500.00/yr - $83,000.00/yr .

Job Summary The Sr. Analyst, Records Management for the ILG-Village Records Program is responsible for day‑to‑day records management and information governance operations, overseeing off‑site paper records storage/retention/remediation, supporting the records champion program, guiding training on physical record management, and assisting with enterprise retention and remediation projects related to physical records, unstructured data, and structured system data.

Responsibilities

Assist in the management of physical records and associated inventory control, including creation and management of processes related to physical record storage and contract services/off‑site records management systems.

Provide daily records management and information governance advice with clear, practical direction to teammates throughout DaVita.

Maintain records management procedures and processes, including implementing records destruction processes and documentation.

Provide project management expertise and analysis for identified business units as needed (e.g., inventorying, identification and disposition of records).

Help with enterprise content management in both structured and unstructured electronic systems.

Maintain a network of Records Champions across DaVita and communicate regularly.

Maintain accurate records and respond in a timely manner.

Stay current on records management/information governance technology used in the industry.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree.

2–4 years experience in Information Governance & Records Management, preferably in a corporate environment.

Certifications in CRM, IGP, CRA or related records management/ILG areas.

Healthcare/Life Sciences business experience preferred.

International record management experience preferred.

Experience resolving challenging records management issues and providing clear, practical advice in a corporate setting.

Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Understanding of regulatory, legal, privacy, security, technology, and market trends that impact records management.

Knowledge of records management and information governance rules, regulations, and best practices.

Basic eDiscovery understanding preferred.

Broad understanding of IT, terminology, processes, and commonly used systems.

Critical thinking and complex problem‑solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Independent judgment, sound character, and teamwork orientation.

Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor work within set targets.

Experience managing multiple support requests while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Knowledge of IBM’s IER system and M365 data governance requirements.

Ability to travel 5% of the time.
