Responsibilities

Collaborate with both internal and external partners to create and deliver activation plans that are consistent with the brand position and consumer target to deliver fiscal year business and financial goals.

Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to implement marketing plans using KPIs to evaluate effectiveness of tactics including owned, earned and sometimes paid media.

Senior Manager Brand & Marketing is highly engaged with FS Marketing, Corp Comms, Product Development, SG&I team and other cross‑functional partners on a weekly basis. They are the brand and product SME’s. Cross‑functional teams rely on them for product recommendations, product information, marketing assets (including digital assets, influencer kits, photography and more) and legally and clinically approved materials.

This role works closely with our digital team in development of enhanced content for SB products on cvs.com.

The Senior Manager Brand and Marketing for Store Brands builds brand ambassadorship both internally and externally through programs, education and sampling.

Responsible for management of creative process from kick off to finalization of all campaign assets.

Collaborate in bi‑weekly meetings with multiple Category managers on activation strategy that supports overall brand position and is synergized with activation plan.

Responsible for leading and delivering special projects as per agreed to milestones/timelines with high quality. These projects can range from development of planogram fixture/signage, off‑shelf display programs, sampling programs, field engagement and all omni‑channel programs.

Proactively influence across all customer touch points by working with internal partners to gain alignment on SB marketing executions (Brand Center, Legal, Clinical, ExtraCare, Creative, etc.).

Partner with Director to estimate, forecast and secure budget dollars to execute activation programs, handling all paperwork involved in budget administration.

Develop a deep understanding of the Store Brands business, inclusive of strategic plan, priorities and objectives.

Support packaging execution.

Support packaging design briefs, artwork reviews, and cross‑functional alignment with packaging, PD, and legal/regulatory teams as needed.

Partner with external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure packaging reflects product reason for being, brand strategy and meets operational requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Advertising.

Min. 2‑3 yrs experience in Marketing/Brand or related experience.

Self‑motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s needed.

Strong oral, written communication, and presentation skill.

Collaborative and able to work across diverse organizations and roles.

Ability to problem solve and bring solutions to the table.

Ability to prioritize and have strong time management skills.

Proficient in MS Office.

Financially and commercially astute.

MBA a plus.

Pay Range $82,940.00 - $182,549.00
