LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Plant Financial Analyst for one of our clients located in Manteca, California. The position will be in-office every day and report to the Plant Controller. The ideal candidate will be degreed and have at least 3 years of experience as an accountant or financial analyst. The role supports the plant and leadership team on the analysis and financial results that enable the executive team to make decisions that impact the business performance and outcome. Responsibilities
Month-end close activities including preparing journal entries Analyze financial performance and create action plans Analyze current and past trends and key performance indicators Prepare actual vs. budget reports and present to financial leadership Assist in the plant budgeting process Assist the Plant Controller in implementing cost accounting policies and procedures as well as implementing and maintaining internal controls Qualifications
