Medical Laboratory Technologist (LCMS Toxicology)

to perform high-quality testing in our state-of-the-art facility, supporting toxicology panels, drug screening, and related assays that drive patient care. This full-time role is based in Saint Rose, Louisiana (near New Orleans Airport), offering relocation support for the right candidate to join our collaborative team. Key Responsibilities

Perform moderate and high-complexity testing in compliance with CLIA and LSBME standards. Conduct specimen processing, analysis, and accurate result reporting for toxicology and related assays. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation to ensure optimal performance. Document all quality control, proficiency testing, and maintenance activities with precision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet turnaround times and accuracy standards. Support new assay validation and laboratory development projects. Qualifications

Louisiana CLS Generalist license (Required), with certification from ASCP or AAB that qualifies through LSBME. Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Biology, or a related field. Clinical laboratory experience in at least one specialty area (molecular, NGS, chemistry, hematology, toxicology). Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in laboratory informatics and data analysis preferred. Location & Work Style
