Job Overview A career in Delivering Deal Value offers the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges. You will focus on all operational aspects of a transaction—pre‑and post‑completion—conducting due diligence, executing large‑scale enterprise‑wide integrations, and supporting complex divestitures and separations across functional and cross‑functional areas.

Travel Requirements: Up to 80%
Salary Range: $99,000 - $232,000, plus discretionary bonus eligibility
Responsibilities
Lead teams in M&A and Divestitures, focusing on HR integration and separation
Develop and implement HR strategies for complex deals and transformational programs
Conduct pre‑deal operational due diligence and synergy assessments
Align PwC and client stakeholders to create a cohesive HR deal plan
Foster an atmosphere of trust and leverage diverse perspectives within teams
Generate a vision and establish direction for HR functions in deals
Support clients in aligning HR functions with overall business objectives during integration and separation phases
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Background in Business Administration, Management, or Human Resources Management
Strong business acumen and problem‑solving skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships and foster teamwork
Experience overseeing and driving development of staff
Effective communication across multiple stakeholder levels
Experience structuring and leading HR functions in complex deals
Supporting HR functional assessments and synergy analyses during M&A
Partnering with clients on employee transfer processes and change management
