We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large‑scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional and cross‑functional areas.
As a Manager, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Develop new skills outside of comfort zone
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively
Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations
Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
Address sub‑standard work or work that does not meet firm’s/client’s expectations
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision‑making
Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients
Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties

The Opportunity: As part of the Deals team, you engage in M&A and Divestitures, including pre‑deal operational due diligence, integration, and separation planning and execution. You will lead teams to generate vision, establish direction, and motivate members, creating an atmosphere of trust and leveraging diverse views. The role involves structuring and leading the Human Resources function in complex deals and transformational programs, supporting HR functional standalone and synergy assessments during diligence, and aligning PwC and clients across functional stakeholders to develop a cohesive HR deal plan.
Responsibilities
Lead teams in M&A and Divestitures, focusing on HR integration and separation
Develop and implement HR strategies for complex deals and transformational programs
Conduct pre‑deal operational due diligence and synergy assessments
Align PwC and client stakeholders to create a cohesive HR deal plan
Foster an atmosphere of trust and leverage diverse perspectives within teams
Generate a vision and establish direction for HR functions in deals
Support clients in aligning HR functions with overall business objectives
Achieve successful execution of HR plans during integration and separation phases
What You Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree
5 years of experience

Salary and Benefits Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000 plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
