Contract Duration: 6 – 12 months
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience as a technical writer in a software or technology-focused environment
Strong understanding of software development concepts, SDLC, APIs, and databases
Demonstrated experience writing developer-focused documentation such as SDKs, APIs, and integration guides
Proficiency with documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, RoboHelp, Confluence, Markdown, DITA, MS Office, or Git‑based systems
Basic familiarity with programming languages to interpret and document code samples accurately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with single-sourcing, structured authoring, or content reuse strategies
Ability to quickly learn and document new technologies in both on‑prem and cloud-based environments
Experience using graphic or diagramming tools to create visuals that enhance comprehension
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, QA, and product teams across multiple time zones
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with a focus on accuracy and clarity
