Responsibilities
Drive operational excellence and manage programmatic initiatives for the employer’s EFUNDS for Schools program
Support the money movement and payment processing business unit as an expert Program Manager II
Mentor junior Program Managers, providing guidance on their projects
Develop and maintain communication plans, project documentation, and dashboards to keep stakeholders informed
Analyze metrics and drive process improvements across teams to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS environment
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Operations, Program Management, or Project Management
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the edtech industry, working with school districts, IT administrators, parents, and students
Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
High level of expertise with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the financial services industry, specifically in money movement and payment processing
Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across large functional groups
Background in mentoring junior Program Managers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent time management skills with a focus on meeting goals and deadlines
