Our Fortune 500 client seeks a senior ServiceNow Architect for a remote position.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise.
Ensure solutions delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with enterprise architecture and standards.
Analyze and translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives.
Establish and support best practices around platform strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and the overall technical health of the platform.
Drive solid instance health by reviewing and guiding remediation of configurations that do not align to ServiceNow best practices.
Proactively evaluate and address issues related to performance, stability, scalability, and extensibility of the solutions.
Serve as a thought leader to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures.
Understand latest technology, solutions, and industry trends and conceptualize functional solutions that address business needs, opportunities and issues.
Ensure technology decisions for specific projects align with the long‑term solution architecture roadmap.
Work with minimal supervision, maintaining critical thinking skills and decisive judgment in a stressful environment.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
10+ years of experience preferred.
Experience with ITSM, SPM, CMDB and HRSD Product Suite required.
Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools.
Experience with platform governance, health monitoring, and performance optimization.
Location: Maryland Heights, MO (Remote). Salary: $145,200 - $181,500.
