Master's degree in Educational Administration, Educational Leadership, or related field Minimum of 3 years of successful teaching experience Knowledge of middle school developmental needs and best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with budget management and personnel supervision Commitment to student-centered education Certification:
