The Role: What You'll Be Doing As a BDR, you are the engine of the sales team. Your success directly leads to the company's success.
Build the Foundation: Strategically research and prospect high‑value leads using cutting‑edge tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo) to build a robust sales pipeline.
Lead with Insight: Become a subject‑matter expert on the client’s offering to engage C‑level executives and qualify their critical business pain points.
Multi‑Channel Engagement: Execute high‑volume, multi‑channel outreach campaigns—including personalized cold calls, strategic emails, and targeted LinkedIn messaging.
Drive Revenue: Consistently book qualified discovery meetings for Senior Account Executives, directly contributing to the company's revenue targets.
Process Excellence: Embrace feedback and utilize our comprehensive training program to master industry best practices and internal sales workflows.
