Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewal Management, or Sales within a SaaS environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Fluent in English and Spanish Proven ability to achieve retention, renewal, and expansion goals Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and executive communication skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder customer relationships Proficiency in customer engagement and analytics tools such as Gainsight and Gong Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, GRR, adoption, usage) Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence #SaaS #CustomerSuccess #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #EmployeeEngagement We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
