$175,000 - $200,000 per year
Position Overview:
A leading provider of financial technology solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join its enterprise sales team. This role involves direct engagement with clients and carries a revenue quota. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a comprehensive suite of SaaS solutions designed to support operations across the front, middle, and back office for firms in hedge funds, asset management, insurance, and wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets within a designated territory.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to specific accounts and regions, working cross-functionally to drive successful deal closures.
Manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead qualification through final negotiations—including stakeholder presentations, ROI analysis, and contract execution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools.
Build and sustain a robust pipeline to support quarterly and yearly revenue goals.
Assess client needs to ensure solution alignment and coordinate with internal teams for optimal delivery.
Stay informed on product offerings and competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.
Understand client organizational structures, decision‑making processes, and technology environments to align sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise-level SaaS sales, preferably within financial services technology targeting asset managers, insurers, or wealth management firms.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales quotas.
Self‑motivated, collaborative, and skilled in consultative selling approaches.
Strong proficiency in managing sales pipelines and forecasting revenue from initial contact to deal closure.
Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, including C‑suite executives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of the investment management industry and a well‑established professional network.
