What You’ll Do:
Visit dealerships regularly to assess and improve service operations
Instruct and train dealer technicians in proper diagnostic and repair procedures
Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver industry‑leading customer service
Perform detailed incident investigations and prepare reports
Evaluate buyback vehicles and manage related documentation
Serve as a technical SME during warranty reviews and in legal/BBB cases
Analyze dealership service department operations and recommend improvements
Promote certification, continuous learning, and best practice sharing
Review and approve/deny warranty/goodwill claims
Travel within region (day and overnight)
Your Qualifications:
4+ years professional technical experience (automotive preferred)
2+ years DTS/Tech Line or related industry leadership experience
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Status preferred
Equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
Thorough understanding of automotive mechanical and electronic systems
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to work independently in a virtual office environment
Valid driver’s license; Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
Ability to travel for business
