As part of our deal team, Associates will get direct experience in the buy-side M&A process. Primary duties consist of heavy telephone solicitation/sourcing and origination activities for leading private equity firms and strategic acquirers. We offer a competitive base salary plus bonus potential, a benefits package and a comfortable working environment. Responsibilities
Engage in heavy telephone solicitation/sourcing and origination activities for buy-side M&A engagements. Contribute to deal team efforts to identify proprietary deal flow for private equity firms and strategic buyers. Support the buy-side process through outreach, qualification, and coordination with senior team members. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree At least 1 year of work experience Exceptional communication and phone proficiency Self-starter with a proactive approach Background in financial services or sales is a plus What We Offer
