Analyze reports to ensure accuracy for all properties Assist with rate & inventory management in systems such as OnQ R&I, channel manager, and extranets Manage 1‑3 non‑branded properties to achieve budgeted goals Build promotions across multiple systems Communicate new or modified rate plans and terms to the System Set‑up Team Leverage reporting to monitor booking pace, inventory, occupancy, and historical trends, providing recommendation insights Monitor rate integrity between Hilton.com and other distribution channels Maintain and monitor group inventory activities including group builds, rate quotes, block releases, and package adjustments Onboard new employees and provide ongoing professional development and training Book VIP reservations and support the Reservations Team with rate quotes, inquiries, and issue resolution Submit Hilton GDM forms and follow‑up on invalid credit‑card charging deposits Assist front desk managers and business management with guest research, billing inquiries, and commission payments Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and identifying rental availability gaps Assist with competitive set and market research, rate shops, guarantee, cancellation policies, and update event/convocation calendars Assist regional and general revenue managers with team training development, delivery, and tracking Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership Embodies Hilton Grand Vacations values: Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, and Now Complete all required company training and compliance courses Adhere to company standards and policies Qualifications
