We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect / Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise?scale Salesforce programs. This role combines deep technical architecture expertise with strong program and people leadership skills to drive delivery excellence across global teams. The successful candidate will oversee multi?cloud Salesforce solutions, lead distributed delivery teams, and provide strategic guidance to customers. Telecom industry experience is highly desirable. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce architecture and program leadership. Proven success leading large, fixed?scope Salesforce programs across multi?cloud environments. Strong hands?on experience with:

Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service) CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Billing (Revenue Management) Order Management Field Service (FSL) CSA (Communications Subscription Architecture)

Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Leadership

Define and own the end?to?end Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with enterprise strategy. Architect and oversee implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds and frameworks, including:

Sales Cloud CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Billing (Revenue Management) Order Management Field Service (FSL Field Service Lightning) CSA Vlocity

Ensure architectural governance, adherence to Salesforce best practices, and integration alignment with enterprise systems.

Program & Delivery Management

Lead fixed?scope Salesforce programs, ensuring on?time, on?budget, and high?quality delivery. Own project estimation, scoping, and planning activities for complex Salesforce initiatives. Implement and maintain effective governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks. Drive delivery KPIs, monitor dependencies, and proactively resolve issues and blockers.

Team Leadership

Lead a distributed global team of 30-40 professionals across Poland, India, the US, and Canada. Manage and mentor Developers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, TPMs, and Scrum Masters. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the delivery organization.

Client Engagement & Advisory

Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, shaping Salesforce transformation strategies and solution roadmaps. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable Salesforce solutions. Provide pre?sales support, including solution design, architecture presentations, and project estimations.

Collaborate with Sales and Delivery leadership to develop proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and implementation roadmaps. Seniority Level
