Review approved requirements and technical design documents and develop the performance test strategy and plan Collaborate with other teams including Development, Architects, Business and Production Support during all stages of PTLC Design performance testing and monitoring framework for non-functional testing (load, volume, stress, capacity and scalability) Manage projects and prioritize workload whilst meeting project milestones and deliverable dates Stakeholder management Qualifications
5 years of experience in Performance testing, with strong hands-on experience in JMeter In-depth knowledge of JMeter and BlazeMeter with experience in HTTP, Java, BeanShell, SOAP Samplers Broad knowledge of performance testing methodology and tools across a wide variety of technologies and architectures Experience with alerting, monitoring and observability domains Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Scrum methodologies Knowledge of microservice architectures, Cloud (AWS/Azure) or hybrid infrastructure Good presentation and communication skills, with excellent written and oral communication About the Role Context
