Performance Tester Job at Signature IT World Inc in Coppell

Responsibilities

• Review approved requirements and technical design documents and develop the performance test strategy and plan.
• Collaborate with other teams including Development, Architects, Business, and Production Support during all stages of the Performance Test Life Cycle (PTLC).
• Design performance testing and monitoring framework for non‑functional testing (load, volume, stress, capacity, and scalability).
• Ensure observability through alerts, monitoring, and monitoring domain expertise.
• Manage projects and prioritize workload while meeting project milestones and deliverable dates.
• Stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing, with strong hands‑on experience in JMeter.
• In‑depth knowledge of JMeter and BlazeMeter, including HTTP, Java, BeanShell, and SOAP samplers.
• Broad knowledge of performance testing methodology and tools, and understanding of diverse technologies and architectures.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of micro‑service architectures and cloud environments (AWS/Azure) or hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
