Position Summary This position is responsible for operating mailing equipment to execute customer projects with excellence and ensure on‑time delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and run mail/inserter equipment to produce quality results with little supervision.
Complete work in a timely manner as defined by production schedules.
Move from one task to the next using the production schedule.
Understand requirements and ensure finished work effectively drives downstream processes.
Follow work orders and question those that are unclear or incorrect.
Ensure postal regulations are followed when producing projects.
Accountable for the quality of work produced.
Recognize errors quickly and ensure completed work meets our quality standards.
Accurately record time and costs in Pace.
Perform maintenance and calibrations on equipment as scheduled.
Work safely and keep work area clean and in order.
Available to provide guidance to trainees.
Tasks may change or new ones may be assigned at any time.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
2+ years of experience with USPS bulk mailing prep regulations for 1st class, marketing mail, periodicals, and parcels in the printing industry preferred.
Additional years of education and experience may be substituted as determined by Human Resources.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Manual dexterity and mechanical inclination with ability to troubleshoot.
Strong, efficient work ethic that thrives in a high‑stress, fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Follow-through with responsibilities while following safety rules, processes and best practices.
Proven organizational skills with ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload and adjust to meet business needs.
Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions; basic arithmetic skills and ruler reading.
Basic computer/data entry skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
Ability to work overtime and weekend work as necessary.

Shift: Monday – Friday, 7am – 3pm (First shift).
