Calculate the
annual tenant CAM reconciliations
for
commercial retail and office properties
in excel from start to finish. Work with key department contacts to assist and gather required information and backup required to calculate, record charge/credit to tenant ledger, assemble/coordinate tenant rec package with a cover letter, statement and any backup (ie tax/insurance bills). Track and collect annual tenant reconciliation charges to close out all open receivables or credits timely. Research and respond to tenant inquiries on reconciliation and rent charges. Required Skills
5+ years of accounting experience in
commercial real estate industry Must have hands‑on experience with
Accounts payable, receivable, GAAP and lease agreements 3-5+ years of experience with
Tenant CAM reconciliations , ledger adjustments, and tenant inquiry resolution Proficiency in
Excel
and
Yardi
software Ability to assist with implementation of new financial systems Strong coordination and communication skills with internal teams, tenants, and vendors Benefits
