This Position reports to: Sales Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining productive working relationships with assigned channel partners at all levels of their organization. Responsibilities include assisting with project quotations, order management, customer training, stock maintenance, and order analysis to position ABB as a preferred vendor. Develop small contractor accounts in support of your channel partner's inventory

Primary Responsibilities

Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market share and margin with channel partners

Create and manage SPAs for strategic partners and end users

Assist channel partners with inventory planning

Plan and lead marketing activities with channel partners

Develop and maintain productive working relationships with assigned small electrical contractors

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field

8+ years of sales experience

Experience with complex contract negotiations

Demonstrated knowledge of the electrical industry and ABB products

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Six Sigma or equivalent Quality training preferred

Ability to utilize analytical software and sales tools

Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

ABB provides 11 paid holidays. Vacation is provided based on years of service for hourly and non-exempt positions. Salaried exempt positions are provided vacation under a permissive time away policy

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant\'s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $79,800 and $127,680 annually.
