Are you passionate about precision machining and programming with Mazak technology? Here's your opportunity to shine! As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will: Responsibilities
Take initiative in setting up wide-ranging CNC machines, tailoring programs for Mazak equipment to achieve precise results. Install and tune tool registers, offsets, and fixtures for accurate, first-piece sample parts. Vigilantly detect malfunctions, making the necessary adjustments to maintain seamless operation. Devise and execute programs directly from blueprints using Mazatrol or G code. Operate with Mazatrol versions T-32, T+, Fusion, Matrix control, and Smooth Control. Ensure parts meet dimensional and finish standards as specified in prints. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Proficiency in production manufacturing environments with a robust understanding of 2, 3 & 4 axis lathes 3-5 years of experience in CNC machinery Mastery in G-Code, M-Code, and production setups with insight into PLC troubleshooting and programming Experience in CNC Lathe operations and CAM Software Hands-on with Star and Mazak brand equipment, utilizing skills in GD&T, CNC Programming, and machine setups for production runs Tools: CAM Software (Mastercam, Mazatrol)
