$21.37/hour plus tips

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday 11 PM – 7 AM • Friday, Saturday 3:30 PM – 12 AM

Job Overview The Valet Attendant ensures the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles while delivering service that exceeds customer and client expectations. The Attendant responds quickly to customer requests, provides caring interactions with all guests, and works closely with team members, the Operation Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to maintain quality, safety standards, and compliance with state and local laws.

Key Responsibilities

Mobilize and coordinate the entire valet process: retrieve keys, collect vehicles for waiting guests, load guest vehicles, issue tickets, and enter customer information electronically.

Build customer rapport, address inquiries, and provide directions as needed.

Act as a courteous brand ambassador: interface with guests, open and unload vehicles.

Implement vehicle safety and security procedures: direct traffic, use barricades, park in designated spaces, inspect for damage, and report incidents and claims to leadership.

Collect relevant fees, reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue, and maintain accurate records.

Assist guests with luggage or personal items when necessary.

Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Minimum age 18.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Capability to move from valet stand to customer cars repeatedly for extended periods.

Ability to learn quickly and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Previous valet experience preferred.
