Key Responsibilities

Mobilize and coordinate the end‑to‑end valet process by retrieving keys, picking up vehicles for waiting guests, loading guest vehicles, issuing tickets, and entering customer information using electronic devices.

Build customer rapport, address inquiries, and provide directions to support guest success and retention.

Act as a courteous company brand ambassador by interfacing with guests, opening vehicle doors, and unloading vehicles.

Direct traffic, install barricades, park guest cars in appropriate spaces, inspect vehicles for damage, and report incidents and claims to leadership.

Collect relevant fees, reconcile end‑of‑shift revenue, and submit financial reports.

Meet and greet all guests upon arrival, assist with unloading and loading luggage or personal items when necessary.

Park guest cars safely and ensure proper vehicle operation.

Provide excellent customer service, responding courteously to inquiries and giving directions to the nearest highway or destination.

Report incidents or claims immediately to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.

Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates.

Required Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.

Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift).

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to verbally communicate with guests.

Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision‑making to thrive in fast‑paced environments.

Previous valet experience preferred.
