Network Manager
Base pay range: $107,281.00/yr – $160,921.00/yr.
Northrop Grumman Federal Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial institution focused on serving its members. We seek a dedicated Network Manager who will oversee all information technology within the Credit Union.
Primary Responsibilities
Oversee IT information systems planning, installation, maintenance, and data/network security.
Coordinate Internet services, hardware and software upgrades, and network security.
Lead a team of IT professionals, manage project leadership and provide exceptional service to all departments.
Identify and implement network/system procedures and solutions.
Position Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 5–10 years in Information Systems and Network administration.
Strong oral and written communication, project management, and organizational skills.
Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
Experience with network design, configuration, backup/recovery, and performance monitoring.
Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
Knowledge of credit‑union compliance regulations preferred.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and non‑locally as needed.
Physical Demands
Requires standing, walking, sitting, using hands and arms, lifting up to 50 pounds.
Vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception.
