Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Brief Description As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support and enhancement of the Moore Salesforce instance as used by the Data Pillar. They are a key contributor to driving the efficiency and effectiveness of a variety of Salesforce users working with division leadership. They also play a supporting role in the administration and support of other third‑party software tools including Atlassian (Jira). The Data Pillar Salesforce Admin works in close collaboration with enterprise Salesforce admins to create and maintain a consistent set of standards and practices across the enterprise.

Your Impact Platform Design

Assist with establishing a scalable design to accommodate different users and use cases.

Configure Salesforce areas like flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.

Platform Maintenance

License Administration - Manage all aspects of license management including allocation by type and recommended changes to meet the needs of all users.

Salesforce Capabilities – Maintain knowledge of appropriate Salesforce and related app capabilities and use cases; make recommendations for evaluation and adoption.

Salesforce Releases - Evaluate and validate new Salesforce releases; coordinate changes and communications with users as needed.

Reports & Dashboards - Create and implement reports and dashboards on all aspects of usage and performance.

System Enhancements

Roadmap - Work with leadership and stakeholders to build and maintain a Salesforce Roadmap that defines priorities.

Requirements - Define system requirements in conjunction with stakeholders.

Design and Build - Design and configure changes to meet requirements in a Sandbox environment.

Validate – Validate new changes in conjunction with users (UAT) and oversee regression testing to existing changes to ensure new changes function as expected and do not impact existing functionality.

Release – Coordinate with stakeholders to push new release and communicate; publish release notes and provide release communications consistent with division standards.

Salesforce Data Management

Data Quality Standards - Create data quality standards and implement business rules and controls to maintain accurate and current data and protect the integrity of the data.

Data Quality Audits & Cleanup - Oversee routine audits to support data integrity; oversee clean up activities including duplicate identification and consolidation.

Data Import - Perform necessary ETL tasks to ingest external data.

User Support

Ticket Management - Provide advanced support for Salesforce and other designated applications through support tickets.

Salesforce Training – Partner with Moore to Learn to provide & maintain end user training.

User Administration - Manage all aspects of user management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.

Your Profile

Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands‑on experience.

Certified Salesforce Administrator required; additional Salesforce certifications desired.

Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports.

Prior experience with JIRA and Atlassian products highly desirable.

Ability to complete complex projects accurately and thoroughly.

A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.

Designing scalable, best practice solutions.

Excellent relationship‑building skills.

Ability to communicate well with stakeholders at all levels and translate their needs into technical solutions.

Excellent track record of providing service and support.
