Our client, a multidisciplinary A/E firm serving Commercial, Education, Government, Mixed Use, Retail, and Workplace markets, is seeking a
Civil Engineer
to support building, planning, and site development projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and experienced in roadway and site design. They lead projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate effectively to deliver designs that meet budget, schedule, and client expectations. This role requires creativity, versatility, and problem-solving skills across a broad range of project types. This is a full-time position with an expectation of being in the downtown Cincinnati office multiple days a week, subject to change according to company policy.

Qualifications B.S. in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited) Minimum 7 years of site design experience PE License; NCEES certified and eligible for multi-state licensure Proven experience in A/E consulting, with focus on:
Site work, stormwater, utilities, parking DOT projects (ODOT preferred)
Proficient in:
Civil engineering design from concept to final documents AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroFlow, Microsoft Office AASHTO and ODOT standards, BIM workflows
Skilled in producing site/civil documents per local, state, and federal standards Preferred: Experience with MicroStation, OpenRoads or GEOPAK LEED AP certification Familiarity with Federal agencies (DoD, DOJ, USACE)
