REGIONAL SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT MANAGER WORKPLACE: Hybrid

Job Purpose To lead on continuous school improvement, measure and drive educational results and maximise the collaboration opportunities for our schools and students.

Reporting To Head of School Improvement and Student Experiences, The Americas

Job Responsibilities

Develop excellent relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Effectively measure the performance of the schools’ academics, student progress, wellbeing and overall educational impact.

Ensure schools receive challenge and support to achieve continuous improvement and follow up on improvement plans designed at each school.

Work with HR to support schools’ professional development.

Establish an effective measurement of key collaboration initiatives at NAE.

Through measurement, analyse and review best actions to maximise the impact of performance and collaboration initiatives, sharing best practices and building a community of improvement within Americas NAE schools (and beyond).

Engage with group education to facilitate and maximise processes and incorporation to the schools and help align with the regional team.

Lead the integration and evaluation of global programs (e.g., Juilliard, MIT, UNICEF, Global Campus).

Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience in analytics and collaboration within an educational environment.

Minimum of five years’ experience as an educator.

Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Proficient in technology and data analytics, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new software and methodologies relevant to the role.

Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment.

Strong collaboration skills; a team player who is flexible and willing to support others.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to solve problems independently.

Credibility and presence to engage confidently with senior management.

Willingness to travel across the US and LATAM (approximately 30%).
