Windermere Preparatory School is an international day and boarding school located on a 48‑acre campus. The school serves 1,675 students from 55 nationalities and offers a wide range of academic programs, including the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and a high‑school specialization track in fine arts, STEM, and social impact and leadership.

Ideal Candidate
Master’s degree in education, educational leadership or related field.
Significant senior leadership experience in K‑12 education, especially in large complex schools.
Experience in the U.S. market and in boarding settings.
Track record of delivering academic excellence and whole‑school improvement.
Passion for international education; experience with the IB curriculum is preferable.
Strong commitment to safeguarding and child protection, with in‑depth experience building safeguarding culture in line with statutory requirements.
Experience leading growth and expansion of a school.
Ability to develop high‑performing teams and foster a positive, inclusive culture focused on professional growth and staff wellbeing.
Commercial and strategic acumen, including managing budgets and performance metrics to support long‑term success.
Persuasive storytelling and connector skills, engaging stakeholders and acting as a compelling ambassador for the school.
