Nurse Manager (RN), Inpatient Rehabilitation Join Palomar Health Rehabilitation Institute as a Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations in our 52‑bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. You will oversee a dedicated nursing team, ensure compliance with clinical policies, and collaborate with leadership to deliver high‑quality patient care.

Base pay range $102,669 – $138,611 per year

How You’ll Contribute

Supervise and support nursing staff, manage performance, resolve issues, and foster team development.

Ensure adherence to clinical policies and standards, and collaborate with leadership to optimize patient care delivery.

Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: BSN or ADN (BSN preferred).

Experience: Minimum two years of rehabilitation nursing and two years of supervisory experience.

License: Current RN license in the state.

Certifications: BCLS required; ACLS preferred; CRRN preferred.
